To support our automotive team on a project on client-site in Sweden we are looking to hire a Senior Research Executive with Swedish and English language skills and a desire to work within the automotive industries. This is an exciting opportunity for a Research Executive with at least 2-3 years professional experience to advance to senior level and work within an international environment that combines the expertise of an established Market Research Institute with the ambience of an innovative IT Start-Up.
Your valued contribution will consist of:
• Providing Training for Automotive Dealers
• Tele-Help Desk: Assisting Automotive Dealers in Sweden on operating our CSS program
• Supervising surveys carried out in Sweden (predominantly customer satisfaction surveys)
• Providing support and acting as main contact to local customers
Who we are looking for:
• Experience in the market research / customer satisfaction tracking / tracking
• At least 2-3 years experience in a Research Executive role
• Languages spoken: Swedish, English
