"Process Design and Product Support" is a section within the Downstream Bioprocessing Department (~90 people) which belong to the Global BioProcess R&D (~500 people). The section is based in Uppsala and consists of ~10 highly skilled research engineers and scientists. The section is responsible for development of new manufacturing technologies, process development as well as supporting our production unit with improvements in current processes.
Essential Responsibilities:
We are now looking for a Project leader to our Product care portfolio. The type of projects is smaller projects addressing issues with previously launched products. You will also act as Change Leader within Change Control area.This is a temporary position until 31 of Aug 2018.
More specifically will your tasks include:
• Act as Project Leader for Product Care and Process Care projects
• Act as Change Leader within Change Control area
• To supervise, plan, execute and document project work to reach given objectives
• Contribute in/and leading trouble shooting activities
• Document and report results both orally and written
• To conduct all tasks within the framework of GE Healthcare policies and guidelines

Qualifications/Requirements:
• MSc or equal experience in chemical engineering or related fields
• Strong experience of industrial development/R&D
• Experience from project leading roles
• Large knowledge in Change Control area
• Delivery focus
• Good interpersonal skills
• English and Swedish as working languages
Desired Characteristics:
• Experience from using the software's Track Wise, Magic and Oracle
• Statistical knowledge
