Role Summary:
The main task is chromatographic purification of antibodies. This is a temporary assignment for one year.
Essential Responsibilities:
The main task is chromatographic purification of antibodies. This includes planning, performing, analyzing and reporting the studies. Reporting includes technical reports and presentations at internal and/or external meetings.. Depending on experience the work may also include analytical work using advanced techniques (e.g. MS) or laboratory work in the area of molecular biology.
Qualifications:
• MSc or BSc within biochemistry/biotechnology or similar
• English as a working language
• Experience from laboratory work in the area of chromatographic purification of proteins, preferentially antibodies
• Experience from working with ÄKTA and UNICORN
• Excellent computer skills and ability to work in both general and internal systems
• EU work permit
Desired Characteristics:
• Experience from analytical work with Elisa methods, electrophoresis, MS etc.
• Experience from laboratory work in the areas of molecular biology
• Good interpersonal skills
• Flexible, accurate and structured way of working
• Goal oriented team player
• Ability to work independently, alone as well as with others
