Assignment: Consumer Centric Transformation
This is a leadership role involving managing complex release structures working closely with client and third party stakeholders in a mixed Software as a Service (Saas)/Cloud and on premise landscape. This means coordinating fixed cloud release schedules with several internal and external on premise release cycles. The role of the release manager is key to this initiative to bind all the tracks of development, rollout and support. This is a very high visibility and challenging role having interactions with key top management executives across the customer organization.
This role will provide an opportunity to work with a multi-cultural team and will welcome perspectives on new and agile ways of working.
• Work will be carried out mainly in Stockholm but you will have several members sitting remote. The project starts ASAP and lasts until Mid 2020.
• Short occasional traveling within Europe (approx. once a month) will be required to align with the local business organizations during the go-live phase
Program Release Coordinator perspective:
• Establish cross Electrolux Release coordination forum (cross outside projects related to ConCenT)
• Drive program planning along with program managers to make sure release schedule is aligned to program goals
• Own and drive overall release management for the program integrated to multiple internal and third party systems
• Own and drive release process in an scaled agile way internally and waterfall externally
• Planning for go-live and release dates based on the dependencies with multiple systems and release / freeze timeframes of each of the systems
Program Test Lead perspective:
• Prepare Test Approach and Test Plans in alignment of the program agile framework
• Ensuring that testing and UAT is done to meet the release requirements - on time and as per quality requirements
• Work along with support teams to ensure operational acceptance of the releases being planned
• Gatekeeper for progression of changes from Dev - Test - Live environments
• Be the link between the program development release delivery and the Cut-Over Manager to ensure successful Cut-Over to production
• Drive SIT and UAT and follow up and present status of outstanding testing defects

You have extensive experience as a Test Lead, a Release Lead as well as a combined role in large multi-cultural IT oriented projects that include many different stakeholders. Any SAP experience, being ECC or Hybris is seen as an advantage.
You
• are experienced with leading cross functional teams consisting of IT, central and local business in SAP Projects in a change management oriented fashion.
• have experience of multi country roll-outs
• have experience of leading or assisting change management strategy and implementation
• have experience of working in large (+50 people) projects
You have knowledge of working Agile as well as with the waterfall project methodology. Tools you should know are HPQC, Jira and Confluence
You can effectively build and drive an effective test and release framework to enable test and release delivery on time. You navigate with ease in a multicultural environment and adjust your way of working depending on the counterparts, without losing focus on your deliverables.
You are comfortable being the "to go to person" when there is a need to find a solution meeting the expected release deadline and scope from a test and release perspective. You are also comfortable presenting progress on regular basis to top management as well as internally within projects.
You have strong organizational skills, including planning and managing deadlines, and the ability to handle several tasks in parallel in a structured way. You use organized planning tools, create efficient follow-up structures. You do not fear transparency and flag any concerns early. You are result driven and a passionate team player used to cooperate with decision-makers and colleagues with different backgrounds. You need to be fairly hands-on and in the details while able to consolidate and filter information based on context and audience.
Your (business) English is excellent both verbal and written. Any proficiency in Swedish would be beneficial.
