We develop, produce and market food and beverages in ADM with pioneering innovations, our comprehensive portfolio and increasing demand for savory and flexitarian products is driving demand for new products in the market and therefore increased the activity in the food regulatory space.
Your Responsibilities
Evaluation of raw materials and products for the food industry taking into account European and international food law regulations, primarily for the rapidly growing category Savory
Data maintenance in the central SAP system
Creation of the required documentation for our internal (stakeholders) and external customers
Participate in the further development of the central SAP system and in the digitalization of work processes
Solution-oriented processing of internal and external inquiries on food law in relation to the managed portfolio
Implementation of legal changes in coordination with the departments concerned
Analysis, interpretation and implementation of applicable Food Law & Regulatory requirements;
Analysis of technical documentation on product recipes
Drafting and approval of labelling specifications (general and nutritional labelling) in cooperation with local stakeholders, including maintaining of product specifications
Bearbeitung der eingehenden Kundenanfragen zu Produktinformationen
Beratung zu Produktansprüchen und Marketingkommunikation
Bereitstellung von Regulierungsgutachten und Risikobewertungen für verschiedene Interessenträger
Bereitstellung von Richtlinien zur Einhaltung der Vorschriften
Durchführung von regulatorischem Scouting
Unterstützung bei der Evaluierung neuer Projekte
Dein Profil
Lebensmittelingenieur, staatlich geprüfter Lebensmittelchemiker, Ökotrophologe/ Ernährungswissenschaftler oder ein vergleichbares Studienfach mit vertieften Kenntnissen im Lebensmittelrecht
Erfahrung in der Bewertung und Kennzeichnung von Marinaden, Brühen, Brühen, Marinaden, Saucen, pflanzlichen Alternativen sowie Reaktions-/Raucharomen
Berufserfahrung in der rechtlichen Bewertung von Lebensmitteln in einem internationalen Unternehmen
Erfahrener Umgang mit MS Office; SAP-Kenntnisse (vorzugsweise PLM RD) sind von Vorteil
Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift, Kenntnisse in anderen Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
Anpassungsfähigkeit an ein dynamisches Umfeld und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Teamplayer
Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im B2C/Einzelhandel oder Food-Service-Umfeld
Kenntnisse/Erfahrungen mit Rückrufen und lebensmittelrechtlichen Beschwerden sind von Vorteil
Allgemeines Verständnis oder Bereitschaft, Wissen über herzhafte Aromen aufzubauen
Reisebereitschaft ca. 10%
