As a ?Senior recruiting consultant? you will be working in our team of recruitment professionals dealing with hiring requirements for our major customers within telecommunications. You will be located in Stockholm and handle all aspects of the recruitment cycle.
The scope of the role covers end-to-end recruiting processes from requisition approval, defining profile requirements in conjunction with local and international hiring managers, managing and executing relevant direct and indirect sourcing strategies in the external marketplace, supporting assessment and selection of candidates and handling of complex offer negotiations and on-boarding processes at all levels in the organization.

Job Specifications
The ?Senior hiring consultant? has full accountability of the hiring process in order to fill vacancies against rigorous time-, quality- and service demands, prioritizing both volume hiring requirements and "difficult to fill" positions.
The candidate should successfully achieve recruitment targets as defined by the individual performance plan. This involves partnering with relevant business segments to define, plan and execute external sourcing activities and assessment/selection of both internal and external candidates to meet approved headcount requirements.
This includes;
• Partnering with hiring managers to anticipate attrition, transition and growth rates.
• Execute relevant sourcing activities ? including direct search - in the marketplace taking time, quality and cost metrics into consideration.
• Providing quality screening and assessment/selection support to hiring managers.
• Delivering high quality candidate management via external applications and response, providing feedback to management and candidates on interviews in a professional and timely manner.
• Acting as a subject matter expert of industry market and trends for assigned groups.

Qualifications (as many as possible from the list below)
Must have:
• Minimum 15 years of experience from telecommunications preferably from an international company.
• Deep technical knowledge and understanding of both mobile and fixed telecom networks.
• Good technical knowledge form terminal software development.
• ?Headhunting? experience as well as experience from using social networks like LinkedIn.
• Experience working in a virtual team is desirable
Good to know
• Experience working in a recruitment agency is desirable
• Experience of competency based interviewing and recruitment practices. Knowledge of psychometric testing is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
• Ability to interact with people from a variety of seniority, cultures and business disciplines
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in Swedish and English is essential (both spoken and written). Candidates who do not correspond to the language criteria will not be considered and will therefore not be contacted.
