As a recruiter you will enter a team of four fantastic colleagues. You will be responsible for the full candidate life cycle. This includes hiring candidates with the right profile requirements by creating effective sourcing strategies using an appropriate combination of attraction direct sourcing, and referrals to approach, attract and develop candidate interest. With you're team you will be doing the hole recruitment circle from A-Z. This will include serving as a candidate counselor throughout the attraction, application and interview stages.
As a recruiting professional, you must have a credible presence with strong commitment to performance excellence. You will build collaborative and trusting relationships. There is freedom to try new ideas and you are excited to constantly learn, grow and develop.
You will execute hiring strategies and approaches to attract candidate interest with a focus on diverse talent. This may include crafting sourcing strategies through a combination of direct sourcing, referrals and other relevant methods. You will also be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with colleagues in the Stockholm office to ensure appropriate representation.
About you
We are looking for someone with a couple of years experience from a recruiting roll. To be successful, you will need to be proactive, goal driven and motivated by an entrepreneurial culture. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Ability to work successfully in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment with a international context.
Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive approach is an asset, as well as demonstrated ability to drive and lead projects independently. You perform well under pressure and creative problem-solving mindset. An excellent customer service attitude is a must and the ability to build and cultivate an outstanding candidate experience!
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is not a must but a plus
Deep understanding of recruiting strategies, channels, and processes
Highly developed executive search skills working in a fast-paced recruiting environment (e.g., candidate attraction, talent assessment)
Ability to handle confidential information and communication clearly and professionally with all audience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build strong working relationships with candidates, recruiting colleagues and consultants at all levels
Ability to work collaboratively in a strong team environment, yet work independently to see projects through to completion
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Swedish is a plus
