Do you want to be part of finding the tech talents of tomorrow for some of the most exciting projects in the industry? Massive Entertainment is now looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join us on our journey! Your job will be attracting talents to both AAA game projects - such as The Avatar Project and The Star Wars Project - and innovative technology projects such as our proprietary Snowdrop Engine and Ubisoft Connect.
You will be part of the HR Team, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager and contribute to the recruitment efforts for the entire studio.
This is a permanent position based in Malmö, Sweden, and requires working onsite. We kindly ask you to apply with your CV and message to the hiring manager / cover letter in English. Applications will be reviewed whilst the job-ad is posted.
As a recruiter at Massive, you will be responsible for finding the right talent for the studio using our existing tools and strategies, as well as building and creating new innovative ways to attract the best people for our different roles. The main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Full-cycle recruitment of specific roles/disciplines (sourcing, organizing, screening, interviewing, etc.)
Maintain up-to-date information in our recruitment tool as well as other tracking documents
Utilize advanced search techniques including Boolean searches
Participation in networking events
Take part of Campus Management and Employer Branding initiatives
Act as a Recruitment Partner for our hiring managers and support them throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications
You as a person
You are passionate about recruitment and keep yourself up to date with the latest trends in your domain. You enjoy working in a vibrant and changing international environment and appreciate a result-driven focus. You are an autonomous person with outstanding communication skills, and you can see the big picture while keeping an eye on details. You thrive to make things happen, while offering a smooth and professional candidate experience. Besides the above we're looking for someone aligned with our core values and the following skills and experience:
Bachelor or master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Professional experience working with Tech Recruitment, Candidate Experience and Stakeholder Management
Experience of working with Employer Branding and Campus Management is considered a strong plus
Interest for games is a big plus
