Senior Recruiter
We are looking for an independent and driven Senior Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR Talent & Performance Management team. We are a team of Recruiters and HR Specialists working with Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Onboarding and Performance Management. In this role you will focus on Talent Acquisition, drive recruitment and selection processes, deliver capable candidates in a timely fashion while building and maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues.
You will work with end-to-end recruiting processes from Head Count approvals and defining profile requirements together with hiring managers to managing direct and in-direct sourcing, supporting assessments and selection of candidates. Partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners you will drive the recruitment process, create time plans and together with managers screen and select candidates for interviews. Conducting interviews and tests as well as providing test feedback to candidates is part of your responsibility and we rely on you to provide professional and competence based candidate and selection expertise based on our business needs.
To thrive as a Senior Recruiter in our fast growing and fast changing environment we believe that you are open to new ways of working, have a humble attitude and the ability and experience to handle high volume recruitment in an international environment. We are looking for a committed and flexible colleague with high integrity as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal characteristics, but to be successful in this position we believe you have a university degree, several years of working experience as a recruiter and are experienced and certified in working with personality assessment instruments. Fluency in English and Swedish is required and if you have experience from recruiting to technical and managerial positions that is meritorious.
