We are looking for an independent and driven Senior Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist on an 8 months temporary contract to support the HR team with recruitments.
In this role, you will lead the recruitment and selection process in Sweden, to deliver capable candidates in a timely fashion, whilst maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at large.
This position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Main Tasks
Partner with the HR team and hiring managers to drive the recruitment process for assigned roles
Plan and create time plan together with recruiting manager
Screen and present resumes and/or qualified candidates to hiring managers
Conduct interviews according to competence based interview technique
Conduct tests and provide test feedback to candidates
Provide professional candidate and selection expertise to hiring managers based on business needs
Key Competencies
Minimum Bachelor's degree within HR or equivalent
OPQ and Verify Certified
Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbal
5-10 years related professional experience as an agency or in-house recruiter
Experience from recruiting different positions, e.g. managerial positions, administrational and technical positions
Track record in complex stakeholder management skills from a multicultural environment
Furthermore, we are looking for someone with high integrity and trust as well as excellent communication skills. The right candidate has the ability and experience to handle high volume recruitment and has also experience from working in an international business environment.
