In addition, you will get direct exposure to our business leaders advising on sourcing strategies and assist in coordinating the recruiting process. It is critical that you thrive in a high paste environment and that you have a desire to be the best within your field.
You will have a direct reporting line to the Swedish Recruiting Manager and work closely together with a team consisting of highly skilled recruiters and HR professionals. Besides that, you will have direct contact to our many cooperation partners, participating in the creation of new recruiting initiatives, optimizing the recruiting processes and taking care of the day-to-day processing of our many candidates.
You will be a part of the Swedish HR team consisting of 30 HR professionals. Apart from working closely together with the different functions in HR we expect you to take active part in the community.
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of recruiting experience and you desire to grow your career
• Experience with IT and R&D recruitment
• A relevant Master degree with good results
• Fluent in Swedish and English both orally and in writing
