SENIOR RAMP SERVICE AGENT
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with all North Hub Services divisions and external clients and suppliers to secure most punctual performance;
• Perform flight handling according to the customer airline agreements, requirements and company procedures;
• Supervise or if necessary take part in all aircraft handling operations, baggage handling operations (sorting/loading/unloading/lost&found) and GSE operation;
• Communicate with Flight Crews on all aspects of flight handling phases including crew transportation and coordinate requests received from Flight Crews to responsible divisions;
• Ensure that all safety procedures are followed and immediately report any discrepancies in flight handling process;
• Provide with reports of flight handling process according company procedures.
Requirements:
• At least two years experience in aircraft handling (Flights coordinator) and GSE operations (passenger stairs, baggage belt, GPU, push-back);
• Ability to work in high stress environment;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations;
• High sense of responsibility and preciseness;
• Fluent in English and Swedish languages;
• Ability to work in shifts.
