hela Sverige Responsible for helping the construction and optimization of R&D quality management system, including quality organization, R&D processes, tools and methodologies, to achieve leading practice and constantly improve customer satisfaction. Further responsibilities includes helping and conduct RCA and develop action plan using the quality methodologies for better R&D E2E quality and efficiency, and coaching R&D top improvement projects, working together with project managers to lead key projects for improvement. Other tasks are helping relevant quality metrics and KPI designing and whole progress monitoring mechanism, including project management metrics, and other R&D management metrics.
Qualifications and experience
• More than 12 years R&D experience in Telecommunication or relevant areas
• Minimum 8 years experience for R&D quality management system construction in multinational Telecom equipment or EE an equipment corporation. A Bachelor Degree or above in EE, Telecommunication or equivalent is required.
• A good understanding of quality management as well as very solid knowledge of ISO9000/TL9000, CMM/CMMI, etc., and relevant quality methodologies, such as 6Sigma, SPC, FMEA, etc.
Additional skills required:
Have a high focus on delivering high quality work. Prior experience from international and multicultural work is preferred. Communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing. Good communication, documentation and presentation skills. Well organized and structured. Be willing to travel to China for a period of time (one to two months).
