Dina arbetsuppgifterSenior Quality Lead
The Lund site is a part of the application software organization (ASW) at Nokia. We have a strong focus on imaging- and camera software for the Lumia smartphone range. The level of competence is high and the atmosphere is friendly and open. We have 10+ years' experience from developing and deliver the best imaging software in the industry. To be able to do that, we are depending on finding highly talented people to work with us.
Now the Quality team is looking for a driven Quality Lead. You will be part of a skilled team, but you will also work closely with the Engineering department and the Project Managers in an agile environment.
Work Tasks & Responsibilities:
Your main role will be to ensure the quality of the project or product deliverables.
Activities included are:
• Test coordination / planning / communication
• Analysis and breakdown of high-level requirements
• Test case design -Test result reporting
• Problem solving and follow-up
• Hands-on testing
You will gladly help your colleagues if the situation requires it and you are able to!
Utbildning och erfarenhet• You are a professional in the software industry with several years' experience. Your education is probably M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Computer Science/Engineering/Informatics or similar
• You have proven skills in test leading or test management, and also from other quality related work tasks -As a person you are a team player, but can take own initiatives and work independently
• You work with high enthusiasm and are most dedicated to your work tasks
• You have the ability to see the root cause of problems where others don't
• You can quickly identify where to put the most effort to come to a solution
• You are quality minded, versatile and a fast learner
• You are also easy to work and communicate with. Help and share your knowledge with your colleagues comes natural to you
• The right person for the position has a good eye for photography and you use your smartphone camera on a regular basis. You appreciate innovative features in your phone or tablet!
• If you have a specific area of expertise in the field of testing where you can contribute with knowledge, it will be a welcomed bonus
• Fluent English, both spoken and written, is a must as Nokia is an international company
