The Project Quality Engineer plays an important role, not only by leading quality progress in projects but also acting as a role model to secure a solid quality mindset throughout the organization. This cross-functional role will give you the possibility to work in a complex and dynamic factory environment and global teams
As a Project Quality Engineer, you will be part of ensuring our customers' success. You will work on projects with both product and process quality improvements. You will actively contribute to our zero-defect mindset by enhancing quality and end-user satisfaction.
Additionally, you will:
* Lead and secure quality-related deliveries in product and process projects.* Ensure the usage of lessons learned and local quality data analysis as input in concept selections.* Follow up and support quality issues at the concept level for the project management team/CPM.* Facilitate and support the project management team/CPM within the area of Risk Management.* Participating in project builds in our Pilot Plant to assure assembly from a quality perspective.* Plan and coordinate project audits.
Who are you?
You are experienced in problem-solving and possess strong communication skills. You can see the big picture and set priorities accordingly. You have a structured approach and good product knowledge. We believe that you strive to develop both yourself and your colleagues. Finally, we hope that you have a strong customer and end-user mindset.
Your profile
BSc / MSc in engineering or quality management.
Fluent in English and Swedish, spoken and written.
Good quality methodology knowledge (PDCA-DMAIC, FMEA, etc.)
Experience in project management is a plus
It is meritorious if you have experience from a production environment and GTT organizational understanding and network.
