Contribute to reaching NKT Sustainability targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction
As part of the QHSE-team you will be a vital part of ensuring compliance to local laws and regulations for Service Installation staff, particularly to the Swedish working environment, safety, and environmental regulations. With your expertise you will be a sparring partner and support to both external and internal stakeholders. The role will give you the opportunity to vary between a strategic approach and deliver hands-on support to our local organization.
This role is a part of our Global functions unit within Service Installation who support and help the local business units to maintain the same experience of process and quality for our customers. You will be part of NKT:s global QHSE-community with close collaboration with internal functions and colleagues in different countries. You can look forward to influence, full support from global management and the opportunity to see tangible and highly important results of your personal efforts.
The areas of responsibility include among others:
* Support the Swedish Service organization in securing QHSE related certifications as per business requirement.
* Design a standard concept for Service Installation, aimed at improving its HSE record as well as improving customer satisfaction.
* Support the local Service organization in tenders and projects and support delivery of project HSE actions according to plan.
This position is located at our site in Karlskrona, Sweden, with a direct reporting line to Head of Global functions. Location in Malmö can also be considered. The role requires being prepared to travel on short notice and we expect an average of 60 travel days per year. The role will occasionally include work on construction site during site inspections/audits.

Additionally, your CV includes:
* Bachelor's degree within business/technical discipline or similar qualifications.
* Experience in the HSE field primarily from offshore, construction, or production industry. Project management experience is beneficial.
* Document Management experience.
* Fluency in spoken and written English and Swedish.
