At Voi, you won't just be working with the latest technology - you'll shape the product we put out on the streets. You'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of engineering; from designing the vehicle, soldering the IoT hardware, creating the communication protocol, developing the tech foundation, innovating on the app and finally operating all this as a whole.
YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As a Senior QA Engineer, you'll play a key role in Voi's continued growth and success. You'll be responsible for working closely with the development and product teams to understand requirements and provide input on testability. To put it into specifics, this is what you'll be working on:
• Build and promote a strong quality culture within the organisation.
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated tests across multiple teams.
• Implement and improve test automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive test strategies.
• Implement and maintain a robust test structure for both manual and automated testing.
• Be able to self drive and find vulnerabilities and drive to mitigate and improve quality.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and methodologies.
WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK
We are looking for a collaborative and communicative Senior QA Engineer with a proven track record of leading design, development, and maintenance of automated test across multiple teams. In addition you should have a solid understanding of software testing principles & methodologies, and the ability to identify problems and drive improvements in a fast-paced dynamic environment. A part from that, we believe the right person has:
• Engineering background
• 3-5 years of Quality Assurance/testing experience
• Extensive experience of Automation Test tooling and processes
• Experience with automation testing frameworks such as Testify, Junit, XCTest, Jetpack Compose, Appium, Selenium or similar
• Experience of measuring quality based on data feedback
• Good understanding of CI/CD
