ValueOne is looking for senior strategic purchasers within Indirect purchasing of Events, It & Digital Services and Professional Services for assignments in Gothenburg. The assignments lasts for about 8 months and needs to be filled shortly.
The role
We are looking for experienced senior purchasers who will lead/support cross-functional sourcing projects within Indirect purchasing of Events, IT & Digital Services and Professional Services.
Main tasks:
Support, develop and implement commodity and supplier strategiesCreate and maintain commercial relations with suppliers and stakeholdersPerform procurement according to defined strategies and frameworks.Negotiate commercial and legal agreements.Initiate and conduct supplier evaluations and supplier auditsPerform necessary market analysis to support the sourcing activityWork proactively to build better understanding and work towards common solutions with supplier and stakeholders internally and externally
Experience and competencies
The assignment requires master 's degree in economics, engineering or equivalent and 5-10 years of working experience within the purchasing field. You are an experienced negotiator with a thorough understanding of the procurement process and strategic sourcing. Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must.
Depending on the role the assignments requires competence in the areas of:
IT/Digital procurement - Experience from sourcing, procurement and negotiations in the IT/digital area. Purchasing experience in events & experiential area, preferably in an international environment.Purchasing experience as a Professional Service buyer.
You are passionate in what you do and like to work in an agile environment. Furthermore, you have a positive mindset and strong business acumen. We value good structure and excellent social skills and the ability to work independently as well as in team.
