hela Sverige In this position, you will be a part of the garment purchasing team for the outdoor segment. It is a full-time employment with placement in Solna, starting as soon as possible. The position reports to the Head of Purchase and Production and the main tasks and responsibilities are:
- Develop premium quality products from sketch in a sustainable manner whilst ensuring product margin goals are met.
- Manage sourcing of new suppliers and fabrics.
- Request and check proto/photo/SMS and pre-production samples, approve and initiate the next step.
- Participate at fitting meetings together with pattern maker and designer. Prepare sample comments fit/making and send to suppliers according to schedule and update T/C.
- Responsible for capacity and fabric booking.
- Negotiate prices of new and running styles.
- Contribute to a proactive teamwork with the design, pattern and production department.
- Traveling to our suppliers.

Who you are
We think you could be a great match for the position if:
- You are structured and organized and have an eye for details.
- You have strong negotiation skills.
- You are capable of motivating and empowering others, whilst providing a clear direction.
- You are a brilliant at communicating in English - and preferably more languages.
- You have relevant and documented higher education within textile or purchase.
- You have 3+ years of professional experience of working as a garment purchaser; it is extra meriting if you have worked within the outdoor industry.
- You are intrigued by sustainability and the outdoors.
