Vattenfall is looking for a Senior Project Manager to Finance Business Support (FBS). Location is flexible to one of the following Vattenfall offices - Stockholm (Arenastaden), Berlin or Amsterdam.

As Senior Project Manager you will be a part of the team Finance Projects and Processes within Finance Business Support (FBS). The team is managing the strategic finance development projects and as part of the team you will contribute with your experience in managing complex initiatives which requires analytical capabilities and leadership skills.
Main tasks and responsibilities
As Senior Project Manager you will have a key role in the projects and activities assigned to the team.
Your main tasks and responsibilities
• Project management
• Actively supporting the team members in their projects when needed
• Support FBS MT in strategic planning and follow-up
• Support development of the current and future service delivery model, including the business process outsourcing (BPO) provider
• Actively look for trends and development ideas within Finance in a broader perspective, eg. digitalisation, automation, process development, organization and share with team members and FBS MT
• Drive change management and communication within FBS and to stakeholders outside FBS when needed
If you have been working in a Shared Services or Finance department for 3-5 years and worked with improvement initiatives such as BPO/sourcing and/or automation and digitalisation, you might be the candidate that we are looking for. You might also work as a management consultant with similar tasks.
Your qualifications
• University degree business administration or other relevant topic and 3-5 years of experience from working in Finance processes
• Documented experience from working for and/or with a BPO provider and experience of driving BPO Finance initiatives
• Experience in project management and insight in VPMM (based on PROPS), agile project management methodologies and/or other project steering model
• Experience from leading change management activities and communication
Personal competences
• Proven excellent leadership qualities, analytical problem solving ability and good structure is key
• This position requires independent drive, strong cooperation and great communications skills
• The ability to build trust will be crucial
• Excellent English skills both in written and spoken is a must
