The Product Information department leverages product information to improve internal processes and differentiate our customer offer. We ensure that relevant, correct and complete information is created and available to our customers, partners and internal users. Our responsibilities range from methods, processes and platforms to information models, structures and classifications, and include development of the industry standard for exchange of product information.
Our industry is quickly becoming more digitalized and automated, and the need for correct ant adequate product data is one of the corner stones in the digital journey we have ahead of us. Therefore, we are now looking for an Senior Project Manager within Product Information to join our team - someone with a strong business acumen, strategic mindset and a passion for leading and implementing our development.
This position is located in Sandviken and some international travel is a natural part of your job.
Your mission - Secure that correct product information is available for our stakeholders
In this role you plan, organize and monitor various development projects - from initiation through execution and implementation - and you ensure delivery on time, according to budget and within the specified scope of quality. You are responsible for the overall project plan in line with project charters, and you strengthen our delivery by securing and allocating the right resources, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative assets and managing dependencies, risks and opportunities. With an agile approach and active communication with steering groups, you ensure a high performing project delivery that adds a clear value for our stakeholders.
Your profile - A great communicator with passion for developing and coaching
We are looking for someone with proven ability to lead global workgroups, and you have skills in agile project methodology such as Lean or Scrum. Experience within methods and processes in Product Management and R&D is advantageous. We are a global organization which calls for excellent verbal and written skills in English, while skills in Swedish are beneficial.
