The person we are looking for is today most likely working as a Senior Project Manager, driving IT projects. The person has a pragmatic view of doing things, based on self earned experience, and fundamental Project Management knowledge, based on best practices. The person has a willingness to drive changes, to mature the project organization within our Project Management Organization. It is also important as a Senior Project Manager to act as coach and mentor to the more junior members of the Project Management Organization. High level of flexibility and patience is therefor desired personality traits. Driving process changes and behavior changes is a natural part of the role.
The role demands only moderate amount of travels.
