As a Senior Project manager you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and implementing transformative changes within the Ericsson Group Sourcing organization. You will investigate the root causes of challenges, collaborate with the Sourcing Leadership team, and develop proposals to enhance the effectiveness of sourcing, purchasing, and procurement processes. Additionally, you may provide support to the Leadership Team (LT) in implementing solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and analyze the underlying causes of the lack of traction and effectiveness of initiatives driven by the Strategy Office and Operational Excellence department.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing Leadership team to develop proposals and strategies aimed at improving the implementation of projects and driving meaningful change.
• Work closely with line organizations to understand their daily business needs and ensure that projects align with their requirements and provide tangible value.
• Identify areas where there is a lack of capability or capacity within the line organizations and propose solutions to address these gaps.
• Promote agility and "80/20" principles to enhance the speed and efficiency of both project definition and execution.
• Lead and manage transformation projects in sourcing, purchasing, and procurement, ensuring successful outcomes and delivering measurable results.
• Interface with executive-level stakeholders, effectively communicating project objectives, progress, and outcomes.

This role is as a consultant via Adecco that is planned to start within immediate affect and will go on for initial 6 months. The role is part time up to 50% flexible working hours.

Required Experience:

• Deep knowledge of sourcing, purchasing, and procurement derived from personal leadership experience in these domains.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in leading initiatives that involve interfacing with executive levels.
• Track record of successfully leading transformation projects in sourcing, purchasing, or procurement functions.
• Strong analytical skills to investigate root causes and develop data-driven proposals for improvement.
• Strategic thinking capabilities to align projects with the organization 's goals and develop innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas and updates to diverse audiences, including senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships at various levels.
• Change management expertise, including the ability to navigate challenges associated with implementing changes in sourcing and procurement functions.
• Agility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic work environment and navigate ambiguity.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering tangible improvements and measurable impacts.
• Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with industry trends and best practices in sourcing, purchasing, and procurement.

Ericsson Group Sourcing is organized into three dimensions: Sourcing Global Categories, Market Area Sourcing, and Sourcing Business Partner Interface to autonomous Ericsson Group companies.
