Your role as a Senior Project manager at Bethard group will involve working with several smaller teams, coordinate and coach the team members to work closely together so to develop the best possible products.

• Coordinate and coach team members
• Manage internal relations and bring the teams close
• Gather the teams for meetings
• Plan future sprints together with the team
• Working within Atlassian JIRA
