Dina arbetsuppgifterSenior Project Manager, System Administration PLM
The successful candidate is expected to be able to: - Liaise between Global PLM and other Electrolux teams, understanding priorities and requirements, to secure successful deliveries. - Have seniority and drive to see issues to completion in a complex environment - Support the drive for commonality in IT to enable common data and common processes across Electrolux Tasks include: - Direct and manage project development from beginning to end - Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management - Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion - Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. - Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans - Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Utbildning och erfarenhetMinimum 8 years of experience of CAx/PLM (CATIA and Teamcenter) solutions administration . Excellent business process knowledge and insight . Experience in implementing and managing complex IT solutions on sector level across multiple site or countries . Broad and clear understanding of functionality of other related key IT applications like ERP, MRP, PDM and CAD/CAE applications . A background from IT, R&D , and/or Manufacturing related business roles, ensuring understanding of these processes . Excellent multi-tasking skills and conceptual thinking to solve ambiguous problems . Ability/experience to drive change, comfortable in a role of senior change agent. . Solid experience of implementing ERP and other sophisticated IT solutions, preferably in complex global organizations . Define, implement, and test disaster recovery plans . Experience in Teamcenter 2T and 4T setup . Skills in BMIDE, ITK, client customization . Skills in deployment of Teamcenter solution on Windows and AIX . Clear understanding of the importance of Master Data and how to manage it . Strong relationship building skills . Ability to work through others, and accomplish set goals without formal organization . Open to new concepts and ideas . Ability to work collaboratively across project teams . Communicate and collaborate effectively with top level executives as well as the various project teams . Excellent written and spoken English . Open for travel, position requires some traveling.
