About this opportunity
Welcome to the Execution Leadership team. We add value by delivering projects that add value to Nordea and our customers. As the Senior Project Manager, you'll play a valuable role in our team.
What you'll be doing:
• Translate business needs to tangible project objectives for projects with large to very large complexity
• Plan and follow up on project deliverables
• Proactively demonstrate control of the key issues i.e. risk and compliance, and manage proper mitigating activities to ensure a smooth project execution
• Proactively manage stakeholders and successfully deliver according to agreed scope and priorities in a predictable, and transparent manner
• Ensure execution and team efficiency by leading, and coaching project participants to achieve the desired outcome
You'll join a great team of professional Execution Leaders. The role is based in Stockholm.

Your experience and background:
• IPMA Project Management or equivalent
• Management and/or Project Experience 10+ years
• Nordea standards and methods for project management
