hela Sverige QRIOS Engineering is looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience within SW for a consultant assignment for our client in Uppsala. We are looking for you who have a minimum of 5 years of experience within project management preferably in a regulatory organization.
You will be working with a development project where focus is to implement a new operating system in an already existing platform. Therefore, you must have experience in software development and be able to work together with other external partners and suppliers. The project team involves 10-20 engineers. The project language is English, and it is to your advantage to have been working with international projects before since one development team is based in Japan.
Our client is operating in the med-tech industry which means that they have high standards and rules to follow. It is very important for this assignment to have experience from a regulatory organization to understand why some things are perform in a certain way.

Responsibilities
• Organise, plan and lead cross-functional, highly complex and business-critical projects, with a focus on development, registration and commercialisation of ImmunoDiagnostics products.
• Report project progress to governance boards and escalate issues to management
• Provide decision support and recommendations for critical decisions to management
• Contribute to identify department goals and drive assigned department goals
• Lead cross-functional, high-complex and business critical projects
• Lead the project core team to reach the project objectives and goals
• Report project status and timely escalate issues and deviations to management
• Provide decision support and recommendations for critical decisions to management
• Assure documentation is adequate according to routines and in compliance with regulations.
• Propose improvements and strategic recommendations within the scope of the project
Your profile
• +5 years of experience in project management, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in international project management in a matrix organization.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leader and people manager with capability to communicate with, motivate, coach and develop program and project team members.
• Training and experience in Design Control.
• Experience working with various levels of the organization including executive leadership, peers and junior team members.
• Strong team orientation and communication skills in English language (both written and verbal).
• Experience in change management.
