Arjo is looking for a senior project manager for their new product development department. You will lead and develop products you will work with include patient handling, patient hygiene, hospital beds and mattresses.
You will lead projects from pre-study to production and finally handover to the factory in Poland. R&D is prioritized in Arjo's strategy, hence you will be working with a very competent project team in newly renovated facilities.

<B>Your profile</B>
You are a senior target-oriented project manager with a well-developed portfolio, are up to speed, and are used to taking responsibility for the entire process.
You are motivated by leading the project over the finish line with the team behind you, despite many wills and many interests in the project's surroundings.
As a leader, you lead by example, are confident in yourself, and dare to push change.
You have been working on product development of physical products previously and are not afraid to challenge existing processes.
You have experience with agile product development methodology.
You have a Master of Science degree or equivalent.
You come from a/or have been in a regulated industry thereby you are used to and comfortable with the documentation requirements.

<B>More about the job</B>
The project manager is appointed at the end of the preliminary study and is included in concept development, product development, test / validation, production transfer to the factory in Poland, production startup and product monitoring during its first step in the market.
As project manager you are involved in the entire process and have a great ability to impact on the final product.
