We are searching for a driven, highly skilled and customer focused Senior IT Project Manager who will be accountable for delivering complex international IT projects at a time of significant and exciting business change.
SCA Global IT Services provides value to SCA by delivering efficient IT services across the globe, supporting SCA's overall business strategy.

The position reports to the IT Director Project Delivery and the preferred location is either Gothenburg, Sweden or Ismaning, Germany.
Main Tasks
Lead large-scale, complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders, including digital transformation and M&A
Partner with business sponsors to define success metrics and criteria
Develop project related documentation and continually update relevant business stakeholders of project status
Build, lead, and coach multiple project teams throughout project lifecycles
Ensure projects meet success parameters and ROI targets stated in the business case
Assist, share learning, and mentor others within the PMO regarding standards, organizational understanding, and relationship building to promote the successful delivery of projects
Key Competencies
5+ years' experience of establishing and delivering projects and/or small programs in a large matrixed international organization
Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools
Experienced in working with senior stakeholders to manage their expectations and engaging them to address project issues
University degree or equivalent within relevant practice
Ability to travel
To be successful in this role you should have a strong business and service orientation and genuine interest in continuous improvements. You are a social and excellent team-player, self-motivated and proactive with a positive 'can do' attitude.
Strong drive and turns strategy into actions. Delivers results with a high sense of urgency.
