hela Sverige As a Senior Project Manager you will under general direction, lead complex projects that generally has been assigned high corporate priority. Lead negotiations with internal or external clients; assisting clients in the development of business plans, strategies and approaches.
Your role
Currently we have an open position for a senior project manager within the area of improvement projects and change management. The Project Manager shall drive projects according to the EB or MP process and report in steering group.
Among other tasks the Project Manager shall be responsible for:
* Transition of organization into a new information landscape including defined business capabilities and IT environment.
* Leading change in the SAAB Surveillance organization
* Financial reporting and control of program / project.
* Communicating resources and competence need within organization
* Secure project delivery according to company procedures and other regulations.

Your profile
As a candidate for this position, you have to have the ability to work independent, take on great responsibility and have excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate has experience of:
* Bachelor's or Masters degree in Science or Business
* 10 years experience of project management or general management.
* Change Management attitude and proven skills of implementing improvements in organizations.
* Passion for change implementation to maximize user experience
* Proven social and communication skills and ability to effectively lead core teams within Saab
* Ability to grow a personal network over SAAB Business Areas, Operational Countries and Group Functions.
* Fluent in Swedish and English
* Excellent skills in project management principles and impact management in organizations.
* Strong Business Acumen and leadership skills.
* Good understanding of Enterprise Architecture
* Experience of larger IT related change management projects
* Ability to travel mainly within Sweden (Stockholm, Gothenburg, Huskvarna, Linköping)
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
