hela Sverige Nordic Investin has been engaged by a partner company to find a Senior Project Manager Business Transformation. You can turn an ambitious transformation into decisions, dependencies and work that survives contact with daily operations.
The partner is launching a cross functional transformation affecting processes, roles and performance management. You will create the delivery structure, align senior stakeholders and ensure that benefits are owned beyond the formal project timeline.
Projects are judged by operational outcomes, benefit ownership and the quality of decisions made along the way. Governance should create clarity and momentum while making risk visible early enough for meaningful action.
How you will work
You will create a practical delivery rhythm across workstreams with different owners and incentives. The partner expects concise preparation, explicit dependencies and decisions recorded clearly enough to survive handovers. Escalation should bring options and consequences, not only a problem statement.
As a senior colleague, you will own substantial outcomes and help others make stronger decisions. You are expected to recognise risk early, communicate it without drama and move work forward with practical alternatives. Seniority here means broader judgement and follow through, not distance from delivery.
What you will do
Build an integrated plan across business workstreams.
Clarify scope, governance, milestones and decision rights.
Manage dependencies, risks, issues and executive reporting.
Coordinate process, organisation and technology changes.
Lead steering forums and prepare decisions with clear options.
Establish benefit ownership and transition into operations.

Extensive project management experience in business transformation.
Strong governance, planning and risk management skills.
Evidence of leading cross functional senior stakeholders.
Ability to manage ambiguity and restore decision momentum.
Commercial awareness and benefit focus.
Professional English and concise executive communication.
Experience that would add value
Operating model or shared service transformation.
Formal project or programme certification.
Experience in an international matrix organisation.

You may come from management consulting, an internal transformation office or operational leadership with substantial project responsibility. The partner is looking for someone who can challenge optimism constructively and keep delivery connected to the outcome.
