Exciting times at Atos Medical! Since the integration with Coloplast in 2022, we've been on a journey of growth and transformation. Now, we're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to play a pivotal role in driving our brand integration process.
About the job
As a key member of the Commercialization team, you'll be at the forefront of our ongoing branding project, aligning the two brands - Atos Medical and Coloplast. This role offers a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution within our agile, yet globally impactful company.
Main Responsibilities:
Plan, lead, and execute a large-scale project in a global stakeholder landscape.
Communicate project purpose, deliverables, and outcomes consistently to stakeholders.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including country leaders, production, packaging, Med-Science, and the Coloplast brand team.
About you
If you're a seasoned project manager with 5-7 years of experience in hardcore project management within change management environments, mergers, or business integration, we want to hear from you! Your strong communication skills, strategic mindset, and ability to navigate complex problems will make you a perfect fit for this role.
In Atos Medical we believe in hiring for attitude and train for skills, but we do believe that you need to check most of the boxes in this wish list to be successful in this role:
5-7 years of project management experience in change management environments.
Experience in mergers or business integration.
Proficiency in core project management tools.
Strong communication skills, both written as well as in creating engaging presentations.
Ability to manage various project types within the business area.
English is a must.
