Project Manager – Philips Healthcare Stockholm
In Sweden we are already more than 100 people in Philips Healthcare dedicated to make a difference to our customers. Our sales are growing and for our business unit, Patient Monitoring & Cardiac Care (PM&CC) we now need to strengthen our project management resources. If you have IT knowledge, especially in the area of integration to hospital IT networks and have commercial experience within project management, then you are probably the right person!
Areas of responsibilities:
Project manager PM&CC, Sweden.
As a project manager for PM&CC you will be responsible for managing the projects of implementing and installing our equipment sold to the healthcare sector. End users are primarily seen at ICU, Surgery and Anesthesia & Emergency. In the projects you will act as the central contact for customers and the internal organization concerning the whole project implementation, managing the project from order realization to customer hand over. This you will do based on the documented and defined customers’ goals and expectations and within the committed milestones for the project as stated in the sales contract with the customer. You need to be prepared to travel, especially in Sweden as you on a regular base have customer meetings and follow up progress at site.
Your background:
• IT background with knowledge of hardware, software and network architecture is necessary.
• Preferably a university degree in IT, other technical background, like for instance medical technical, can be interesting, if IT knowledge as specified above, has been obtained elsewhere. Commercial background can also be interesting.
• Previous experience as project manager is crucial.
• Strong presentations, negotiations and communication skills is necessary
• Natural commercial/selling abilities and knowledge in complex projects.
• Knowledge from the healthcare sector, how hospitals and healthcare are organized etc and experience from sales towards public customers.
• Understanding in financial, legal, technical and organizational impact of healthcare investments.
• Fluent Swedish and knowledge in English, written and spoken.
