The importance and demands of plant automation increases by our customers and the growth of automation related business will continue. The newly established business unit Plant Automation & Information Solutions (PAIS) is addressing these opportunities and we are now looking for a senior Project Manager for development projects in a global environment.
This position will ensure further development and attractiveness of the portfolio of Plant Automation Platform (PAP) used for Tetra Pak PlantMaster deliveries. You will be project manager in an agile software development organization. You will drive strategic project tasks and represent the organization from initiation of ideas to deployment of software to market companies and customers, in close collaboration with product management, development and deployment organizations.
As we are working agile in line with modern software development methodologies as scrum and SAFe, we highly value experiences in this area.
In Plant Automation & Information Solutions we develop and support world class automation platforms and services to our customers through the Tetra Pak ® PlantMaster products. The team is the centre of expertise to our market companies and business units in creating solutions that fulfil our customer's requirements. We always strive to achieve long term sustainability, quality and engineering efficiency for Tetra Pak.
This position is based in Lund, Sweden.
Main responsibilities
• Project manager for software development projects
• Represent projects towards steering groups
• Be an ambassador for agile software development methods
• Project budget responsibility
• Stakeholder management to secure project success
Qualifications
• Deep project manager knowledge and long practise
• Thorough experience in software development/engineering
• Skills in agile methodologies, like Scrum/SAFe
As a person, you have excellent interpersonal skills and you enjoy working in a collaborative environment across the organisation. The interest and ability to coach, develop and motivate others is also of great importance. You have a strong ability to get things done and to build trust in the organisation for your competence.
