Strong project management skills with PMP certification
Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems e.g. Windows XP, Windows 7, desktop image configuration, Active Directory,
Application rationalization and Packaging, application virtualization SCCM and Adaptiva
Experience in Hardware life cycle management
Knowledge in Microsoft Office suite required - experience with Office 2007 and 2010 preferred
Ensuring SLAs commitments are made to the business, as well as completing RCAs and have appropriate action plans in place as required
Manage the work schedule for the team to ensure full coverage at all times during hours of operation.
Coordinate with and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations
Ensure appropriate reporting and metrics are being delivered
Good communicator at all levels; ability to talk to people at their own level, both inside and outside of technology; strong written and verbal skills
