About the role
As a member of the Project Management Office at Etraveli Group you will work on key company Strategic Initiatives leading cross functional projects and facilitating their delivery.
Such projects may range from setting up a new initiative/business line with an external partner to new company initiatives to internal process optimisation, performance improvements or new product development.
You will report to the Senior Director of Strategic planning and PMO (part of the Commercial organization), you will be part of the central PMO team and work in close cooperation with internal as well as external teams, stakeholders and partners.

Responsibilities
Lead strategic initiatives and cross functional projects and facilitate their delivery.
Create business cases to support decision making and develop recommendations.
Perform data analysis that will drive insights to be turned into actions.
Manage and engage stakeholders from different teams/departments (internal & external).
See a project through from conception to delivery and optimisation.
Identify areas for optimisation, gather product requirements.
Work closely with the respective CxO/project sponsor to set-up, facilitate and deliver the agreed upon project.
Run business development initiatives and set up external partnerships as required.
Requirements
Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics. MBA will be considered a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of previous relevant working experience, preferably in consulting or in a big 4 accounting firm
Past experience in ecommerce and business development will be considered an asset.
Business acumen, ability to set-up a project and see it through
Strong analytical skills, methodical approach, translating findings into business actions
Ability to gather and understand product requirements
Strong foundation in agile methodologies in large organizations
Experience from working at scale up companies will be considered an asset.
Tech savvy, comfortable with technology (APIs etc.) and technical terms
Strong working use of excel, ppt, word (we use Gdrive equivalents)
Excellent communication & presentation skills (oral & written) in English as well as interpersonal skills
Results-focused and metrics-driven, self motivated, team player with a can-do attitude
Strong project management skills, attention to detail, ability to learn quickly and work well in a dynamic environment
Ability to quickly grasp the context and effectively contribute to the organization and management of projects
Ability to work without close supervision and prioritize, quick & resourceful, flexible, comfortable with ambiguity
Creative, persistent, proactive, positive and outgoing personality, eager to learn
