The EMEA Transformation and Business Development Team are responsible for delivering key projects and workflows across the EMEA region that enable the business to achieve its commercial objectives in the current year and lay the foundations for the years to come.
In this role you will be part of the President Office along with the Head of Strategic Planning.
About the role:
As an EMEA Senior Project manager, you are commercially astute and used to working collaboratively across a number of different business functions e.g. Group IT, Group Commercial, Group Owner Experience and Markets (countries). You are used to managing projects, you can take complex issues and manage them simply, with the ability to articulate these back to senior level stakeholders clearly. You have experience in working across multiple EU markets and are sensitive to the local challenges, cultural differences and can engage and motivate the team to adapt to change.
Skills/Capabilities:
End to end project management of small, medium, or large complexity projects (or a combination) and upholding the highest standards of project management methodology including regular and effective communication with key stakeholders, reporting, governance, change management and thorough risk management
Creating exceptional quality project setup documents detailing scope, assumptions, success criteria, risks, governance structure
You will have experience of developing a business case & tracking benefits
Effectively managing key project risks and issues
Forming strong relationships with all business stakeholders
Participate to the team culture through team meetings, social activities, and recognition programs
About you:
An experienced Project Management Practitioner, with a proven record in delivery
Currently working in a multinational company as a project or change manager
Have experience on cross functional projects
Focused on delivery and execution of the change
Strong digital skills and experience working with international teammates using the Microsoft Suite
Can demonstrate strong commercial awareness and evidence delivery projects that support commercial goals
Interested in your own development & strive to be the best you can be
