Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Global Purchasing as Senior Project Manager for Business Solutions. The right candidate will be responsible for Business Solutions in the areas of Direct and Indirect Materials. He or she will act as an interface between user groups and stake holders and be a key member of the Business Solution management team.
Key Responsibilities
Identify Business requirements
• Identify Functional Requirements of Business Solutions
• Translate Functional needs into Processes & Systems Support requirements
Define Solutions & Road Map
• Work with the organization to develop best practice processes
• Develop & Align Business Solutions Road Map
• Work with IT to define relevant Systems Solutions
Manage development & implementation
• Project Lead Business Solutions development with Users, Stakeholders and IT organization
• Deploy & Roll Out Solutions
• Coordinate Communication & Training
• Monitor compliance & User Feedback
Requirements
Knowledge and experiences
• University degree in engineering or economics
• Excellent project leader skills
• Solid understanding in strategic and operational purchasing in large cooperations
• Experience from international business and/or other relevant international experience
• Solid understanding of Process Development and Systems Solutions
• Fluent in English language, orally and written
Skills and abilities
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant international working experience. An ideal candidate has been working in a complex matrix organization or on a management consultant firm, in client assignment relevant to above requirements.
To be successful in this role we believe that you possess strong communicational skills and decision making characteristics to thrive in this dynamic multicultural environment and will be able to interact positively with suppliers, stakeholders, colleagues and organizations world-wide. Furthermore you have knowledge of driving process improvements and have an analytical and strategic approach together with a pragmatic sense of getting things done.
The position is a full time position to start as soon as possible. The Electrolux head office is situated in the center of Stockholm, Sweden.
