Envirotainer is the world leader in active temperature controlled air transportation solutions. Envirotainer provides services to the major pharmaceutical companies worldwide in cooperation with forefront logistics companies and airlines. Envirotainer has offices and sales representation in 20 countries around the world and is headquartered in Lagga Marma outside Uppsala, Sweden.
As Senior Project Manager you will contribute to the company?s overall execution of its business plan by managing assigned prioritized projects within Envirotainer. You are also responsible for the continuous development and improvement of Envirotainer?s processes for project and program management and to provide support to the rest of the organization regarding project management. The company today follows the PRINCE2 methodology for project and program management.
You will also work with the Envirotainer Management Team to ensure that the company?s projects are aligned with each other and the company strategy. You will have a key role to ensure the successful implementation of the company?s priorities and will work with many different departments within Envirotainer. As part of the Business Development team, you will also contribute to the overall Business development strategy and implementation.
Main responsibilities and task are:
• Project Management
Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple prioritized or large scale projects
• Project support
Supporting the organization during the development of project plans
PRINCE2 expertise
Manage the development of project teams by ensuring that project tasks are in line with projected plans
• Internal project- and program management efficiency
Support Management Team in ensuring that the company?s projects are aligned with each other and Envirotainer?s overall priorities
Reviews of high-level deliverables across projects
Manage scope and mitigate risk across projects
Review and quality assure all company projects
Continuous development of the overall project management processes
Complying with and enforcing standard policies and procedures
Ensure accurate budget follow up and monitor costs for all company projects
Assess training needs and select training tools for team members
We are looking for someone with excellent project management skills. We value a personal maturity, combined with social skills and integrity. You have a relevant college/university degree and several yearsexperience of successfully managing large and complex projects. If you have PRINCE2 experience, it is an advantage, as is experience from the pharmaceutical industry. Your ability to communicate and present both in English and Swedish (spoken and written) must be at a high level.
This permanent position will be based at Envirotainer?s HQ in Lagga, outside of Uppsala, but with some travelling required.
