Your mission
In this role, you will be leading our largest Electrification Projects in the key industries around the world, contributing directly to our business growth. Your mission will be to manage full performance of every phase of a project or a group of projects with the Furnace Electrification area including the strategic & tactical planning, directing, supervising, and controlling all technical, fiscal and administrative contractual function.
With customer focus as your main objective - you will be a key person in our project execution and responsible for delivering on time commitments while demonstrating creativity, foresight, and mature judgement in anticipating and solving problems. You will be responsible for project execution plans for staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and establishing critical project objectives while applying your leadership skills to manage client and internal changes. You will Manage the production of engineering deliverables, administration of any subcontracted activities, and the overall safety, cost, schedule & quality of assigned projects. Your success will come from a communicative leadership, where you involve and engage team members and stakeholders.

As the Project Manager, you will report to the Head of the Business Unit - Heating Systems and will share the responsibility of driving and developing our project business towards a strong and successful future.
Your profile
We're looking for someone with a strong Project management background, preferably in mid/large scale EPC projects and have a proven track record of project planning, organization skills and a PMP certification. You have expertise in managing Commercial aspects of a project and solid experience of project risk and opportunity management. Your true willingness to collaborate and solid leadership skills is of great importance for us.
As we act both locally and on the global stage, you're fluent in both written and verbal English.
Your personality truly makes the difference! You're creative, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated and your professional style is based on creating trust through communication.
Job Location
Hallstahammar with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days a week.
