Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to assist in the Support for Service Offer
Background
The interim assignment is to support within Service Offer team to manage the gap of recruitment of vacancy.
The consultant will be a supporting resource (60%) with focus on coordinating ongoing needs and contacts from the markets. Consolidate plans and structure for coming resource. Taking responsibility with manager to weekly manage and prioritize incoming work.
The scope of the consultant services is to assist our client in..
Deliverables:
• Manage, coordinate and plan country monthly SEL meetings (meeting calendar and guest)
• Create a structure for pro-active country support - improve monthly meetings (year plan and topics relevant per month to fit the year cycle)
• Create a plan with the markets on documentation level of service offer and enable a structure to support the implementation of service design framework
• Create a stakeholder mapping and communication plan for service offer
• Align commercial activation with the communication plan Ad-hoc support to Service Offer manager
• Administrate the share point and ensure updated material availability
• Support with presentation material as requested
• Participate in meetings to manage certain topics and deliverables
• Manage the handover plan to be complete for coming candidate
Desired knowledge, experience and competence skills:
Knowledge from market support, e-commerce and related processes to the commercial service offer.
Knowledge of market organisations and complex stakeholder mgt.
Communication and documentation skills.
Co-ordination skills, result-oriented and senior leadership.
Project management skills.
Ability to manage high intensity and shifting tasks.
Location: Malmö, Sweden
Number of hours: 100%
