We need to strengthen our Project Implementation team and are therefore looking for a Project Manager to our Delivery Center at Outotec in Skellefteå. The Delivery Center is responsible for project implementation within the mining and smelting industry with both local and global customers. The Projects are very varied, ranging from equipment solution projects to complete plant deliveries. In addition, the Delivery Center contributes to the development of the products and technologies that the Skellefteå office is responsible for and sells worldwide.
As Project Manager, you will:
Manage and lead projects to achieve project targets regarding quality, schedule, budget and customer satisfaction
Manage the customer communication and relation
Lead the project team and work closely together with other key personnel and stakeholders
Fulfil external and internal project reporting
Establish and maintain a good working relationship with customers and other parties involved in the project
Manage risks and changes
Motivate people to take an active role in achieving a successful implementation of the project
To succeed, you will need:
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Several years of experience in project management preferably equipment solution or process plant projects
Experience of working in an international and multidisciplinary environment in a leading position
Ability to lead teams in a way that create motivation and commitment
Commercial understanding and experience
Fluent spoken and written communication skills in Swedish and English
Willingness for worldwide travelling
