Our mission is to help our customers to significantly improve productivity, cost, quality, reliability and safety for their manufacturing processes. The company is part of a US corporate group, Shape Technologies Group for a few years back. We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager for our new business.
What we offer
DRS is in an exciting and intensive period of change and we are now recruiting a Senior Project Manager in a start- up environment. New laser cutting applications and managing parallel complex projects will require your extensive engineering experience in close cooperation with Sales and marketing and Engineering. You will be responsible for entire project budget, time disposal and delivery. Your networking, bringing forth improvements, opportunities and risks with cross functional teams is essential for successfully realize and launch industrial laser system on the global market. The position involves international travel on annual basis.
To be successful you need key competences such as;
• Plan, manage, lead and follow up advanced technical projects
• Strong communicative skills with clear leadership skills managing contacts internally and with external customers to reach excellence
• Fluent English at a business level is required, other languages is beneficial
• Meritorious with experience of robot process application is ideal as well as programming
• You enjoy working independently, are results-driven and accountable
We attach great importance to a results oriented and relationship building person.
Minimum requirements
• Bachelor degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent experiences in technical fields
• A minimum of five years of experience of project management.
