hela Sverige We are currently looking to strengthen our Portfolio & Project Management office with a Senior Project Manager.
About the position
As Senior Project Manager you will hold an important role within Dentsply Sirona Implants. The department Portfolio & Project Management office has overall responsibility for managing the project portfolio, facilitate the project governance structure, driving strategic projects, maintain and develop project related processes and procedures and act as role-models when driving the company project culture.
A selection of the role activities and responsibilities:
• Lead, manage and organize cross-functional projects with the right teams and competencies
• Define project direction, context and scope
• Take part in the creation of project business cases
• Develop and manage project plans to secure project deliverables
• Cooperate and interact closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, Product Platforms, QA, Regulatory Affairs and Finance
• Work actively with people management, team building and active risk management
The position will be based at our headquarter in Mölndal, Sweden and will involve some travelling to build and maintain relations.

We believe you have:
• An academic background and a business oriented mindset
• A minimum of 5-8 years professional experience managing cross functional projects delivering new processes, products, technology and/or services in the healthcare and/or medical devices sectors
• Experience from other areas of the business, such as sales, marketing, manufacturing or procurement
• Strong communication skills and an ability to build relationships both internally and externally
• Full command of the English language, both written and spoken
