The Senior Project Manager manages and keeps day-to-day control on Artificial Solutions? new build and maintenance projects for customers and/or partners, preparing a plans and pre-requisites to deliver projects on time, within budget, while meeting profitability targets and achieving high level of customer satisfaction. Based in our office in Stockholm, you will be reporting to the Delivery Manager Scandinavia & Netherlands.
The position will focus upon:
Active participation in pre-sales and leading preparation of proposal (SOW) preparation
Planning, documentation, coordination, and supervision all delivery aspects of project to the customer.
Work with the customer's project management as the primary point of contact for the project
Management of virtual project teams of 1-10 people (average 4-5) and work on ca. 3-5 projects concurrently ? depending on project size
Ensuring that the project is delivered according to the contractual scope, on time, within budget and with quality while adheres to corporate processes and guidelines.
Ensuring clearly defined measurable goals for the project and that these are approved both by the client and by Artificial Solutions.
Taking care or purchase orders, invoice planning as well as any other administrative requirement for the project.
Ensuring the resource allocation within the project to deliver.
You will be the main responsible for the project profitability, quality of deliverables, client satisfaction and renewals and upsells.
You will assist with general coordination, standards, guidelines and mentoring for more junior project managers.
Required:
A degree or equivalent in computer science
Formal certification as Project Manager by Industry Institute
At least 4+ years ICT project management experience.
Prior experience with software development methodologies, and formalized project management certification preferred.
Proven track record in delivering software projects on time and within budget in a competitive market.
Minimum of 4 years project management experience and proven knowledge of project management disciplines and project finance management.
Experience of software development ideally within a software company. Good understanding of the development life-cycle.
Previous experience with management of subcontractors.
Previous working experience in Contact Center / Customer Services industry is an advantage.
You should be meticulous, structured and feel at home in a continuously changing international working atmosphere.
Very good presentation and customer facing skills. Commercially aware and politically astute.
Excellent business analysis skills, negotiation skills, written and verbal skills, and people management skills required.
Commercially aware self-starters with high energy and entrepreneurial spirit.
Possesses strong leadership, team building, and communication skills. Projects high degree of professionalism and solid judgment. Creative flair combined with the ability to turn ideas into practical, tangible solutions. Able to manage to detail.
Strong work ethic, willing to travel, enjoys working with customers, and is capable of driving a technical team to success. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure. Well developed skills in communication, listening, judgment, adaptability and flexibility.
