As a Senior Project Manager you will be part of Thermo Fisher Scientific's ImmunoDiagnostics Division (IDD), which develops, manufactures, and markets complete blood test systems to support the clinical diagnosis and monitoring of allergy, asthma and autoimmune diseases. With 1,600 employees worldwide, IDD is the global leader in in-vitro allergy testing and also the European leader in autoimmunity diagnostics.
In this role your main responsibilities will be focused on running Product Development Projects but also on growing the global business via product registrations. You will be joining the Global R&D PMO with eight other Project Managers located in Uppsala and Freiburg. The role reports into the Director of Project Management, Global R&D.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Leading the project core team.
• Organizing, planning, managing and deliver a wide range of projects according to agreed timeline, cost and quality.
• Ensuring that project related documents meet internal routines and requirements.
• Reporting project statuses to the Management, Product Lifecycle Management Board and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to develop project management within R&D globally and IDD.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To be successful in this role you have a Master degree in engineering or science, and several years of experience as a Project Manager from a global organization within Life Science. You have worked with project management for product development and/or product implementation, ideally in projects involving immunoassay based analytical instruments and software. Experience from change management in an international company is also required. We hope that you are PMP certified or have other thorough project management educations.
The role suits a driven, structured and result-oriented team player who is used to work cross-functionally in an international matrix organization. You are a strong communicator who speaks and write fluent English and preferably Swedish.
