We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dedicated team Sector Group Battery Automotive. In this role you will be in charge of all X Large Customer Projects execution within the Sector Battery Automotive. You will plan and execute the projects from customer order to project closing, meeting the planned targets on financially, quality and time.
As Senior Project Manager you will lead through sub Project Managers in the local operating units and in Product Supply Division (PSD) & Central Operations. You will report to Sector Group Manager, Battery & Automotive.
Main activities and responsibilities
• Provide leadership and direction for the complete project execution
• Global coordination of all included activities towards global accounts for which we execute customer projects
• Be accountable for meeting the agreed terms & conditions in each project from a commercial-, quality- and time aspect
• Create, implement and fulfill project plan, WBS, resource & competence need, cost calculation in collaboration with the Application Engineers in the sector team
• Establish and maintain high quality relations and communication with all relevant stake holders for the project, such as customers, suppliers, internal resources, etc.
• Monthly reporting of project progress in line with the internal FlexLink routines and agreed terms in the respective customer project terms & conditions
• Manage and negotiate ECN 's
Who are you?
• Master of Science in Engineering Industrial technology or similar
• Minimum 7 years of experience from similar position in a multinational manufacturing or systems integration company
• Experience from company focused on the supply of automation solutions in the Automotive Industry is meritorious
• Experience from quality management and contract management
• Project management education and certificate, PMP or similar
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
We are looking for you who has excellent leadership skills and ability to work in cross-border networks, organizing one's own work and that of subordinates, also remotely. You have a strong drive with great relationship skills. You are a problem solver with independent thinking. Furthermore you are used to work under high pressure with strong organizational and planning abilities.
