In one of our projects we are on a journey to migrate a critical legacy system from an old to a new platform. We are working according to agile principles in development and you will be part of one of the Development Centre teams that are working with modernizing the warehouse administration functionality.
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a team of 10 in Helsingborg.
We believe you feel comfortable in the consultant role and have a strong drive for coaching and leading teams. As a person you are interested in leadership, both with the ability to lead yourself, but above all to be able to lead others.
About you:
As a person you are eager to learn, happy to share your knowledge and able to efficiently communicate with colleagues on different levels. We believe you enjoy a flexible environment where change is continuous on an everyday basis. You have experience from and enjoy working according to agile principles.
Previous experience from software migration project is very valuable.
You are expected to operatively assist developers in the team.
Solid experience in agile way of working.
Both a team player and a leader,
Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
It's beneficial if you are oriented in
• Java Spring Boot

• Google Cloud Platform
• PostgreSQL
