Job description
In the role as Senior Project manager you will drive projects together with our internal stakeholder, with great enthusiasm and commitment. You will be involved in the whole process from idea to implementation and are responsible to secure project success. You will be part of the project management office that includes eight people. Travelling to the office in Denmark will be part of the job.
You are experienced within project management and agile development methodologies and can adapt them to the organizational context and tasks at hand. You should be motivated by reaching out to understand our customer’s needs, and deliver high quality solutions. Strong commitment and sense of urgency is required in this role.
As a project manager you will be responsible for following tasks:
• Plan, organize and lead projects Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Produce test plan and define test strategies for projects
• Coordinate the work of test resources and monitor their progress
• Responsible for stakeholder management and communicate to secure anchoring
• Report on progress to Steering group and escalate issues if necessary
You will also be responsible for the Thought Leadership for Project & Test management
You will lead and work closely together with our country organisations driving, analysing and affecting strategic initiativesYou will also be responsible for developing and nurture the project & test management capability in the organization.
• Manage, and develop, ERV's project methodology and ERV test methodology
• Conduct training in ERV's project methodology
• Follow up on ERV's ongoing projects and report to ERVs project Nordic forum
• Be a mentor to our project managers in the organization
Needed Competence and experience:
• Proven working experience in project management minimum 3 years
• Strong skills in project governance models eg. PPS, Props, Prince 2 or similar
• Test management experience of minimum 3
• Fluency in both oral and written English
