About the Assignment
We are looking for a Project Management Co-Pilot and Requirements Lead to support a POS RFP and implementation program. You will work closely with the project manager to establish strong project governance and enable effective collaboration across internal stakeholders, external vendors, and international markets. As the program moves into implementation, you will help ensure requirements remain consistent, traceable, and testable from design through verification.
Job DescriptionSupport the project manager by setting up and maintaining project management structures (e.g., decision logs, action trackers, issue tracking)
Manage activity tracking in Jira and contribute to ways of working and project follow-up
Create and maintain communication materials for stakeholders
Act as Requirements Lead and ensure consistency across functional and non-functional requirements
Plan, set up, and facilitate requirement-gathering workshops
Ensure end-to-end requirement traceability from design through testing during implementation
Coordinate and potentially lead other business/requirements analysts as the program scales
Optionally take responsibility as project manager for a sub-project, depending on program needs
Requirements8+ years of experience in IT/business transformation projects in relevant roles
Experience with retail processes
Knowledge of project management methodologies, including both waterfall and agile
Experience in agile team leadership
Strong capability in functional design and requirements gathering/analysis, including related methodologies
Experience with functional testing and ensuring requirements are testable
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
Fluency in Swedish and English
